NEW BOOK: The Days Have it Made: Essays On Politics and Philosophy Through Cancer Treatment

In 2024, Jennifer Lee Lawson became severely ill. She was diagnosed with breast cancer, and all throughout the year 2025, she went through cancer treatment. She experienced a lumpectomy, a port placement, chemotherapy, radiation, hormone therapy, bone treatments, oral surgery--and through it all she did her best to continue to be a good citizen and philosopher by commenting on current issues, ideas, and events.

These SIX essays are hand-picked by Lawson, showcasing some of her best work during difficult medical times.
